Gold Bebe-Too Soft To Be Noticed
Bebe Gold is soft, almost too soft to wear outside to be noticed. It sits very close to the skin, yet lingers for hours. Kumquat, an odd note for me, hovered over the other notes, mixing with pink pepper, sandalwood, and especially opoponax, which I believe is the saving grace of this perfume.
A sensual type of scent. This is one you'd wear with your SO in the evening for close encounters, or perhaps, a comfort scent. It's also familiar in its fragrance type, reminding me of others that are currently on the market. It's not that distinctive to set it apart in the crowd.
I like the shape of the bottle, it's a bit heftier in weight, a little different. With the miniature, I have to use a flashlight to see what exactly is left, since the gold is painted to the top. Shaking it doesn't tell me.
Unless I find this a great price, I wouldn't purchase the larger version. It's just too common.
