Utopian Freshie
Incident Light is described as solar citrus and pure utopian joy, and I think that description is bang on.
This is a Citrusy, Fresh, Aldehydic, and Aquatic scent, and honestly quite good. It starts with strong Citrus notes, some Aldehydes, and it maintains its light, fresh demeanor well. I find Incident Light hard to hate because it reminds me of one of the first fragrances I ever owned, D&G Light Blue, except this is more of an Ideal version of that, one could say utopian. Regardless, I associate this with lying out on a lawn chair set on a perfectly mowed and maintained suburban yard, with some citrusy drink nearby.
The unfortunate thing about this is that If I wanted a "light blue" scent profile, I wouldn't pay $165 for 50ml. Other drawbacks are that like with every freshie, its sillage and longevity are not particularly astounding.
I could see this doing well in business, sporty, or casual settings, and I feel this would be best worn in Spring/Summer.
