Children's Toothpaste with Facets and Good Longevity
I’ve been browsing TikTok a bit, and as a fragrance addict, I was naturally introduced to the Brudi scents. When I saw this bubblegum variant, I was hooked, as I belong to those synthetic fanatics. Ordered, received, sprayed.
The first thing I noticed was how strong the scent is. It doesn’t fade quickly and has excellent longevity.
The manufacturer describes it with bubblegum in all three notes. I believe the scent is more layered and not just squeaky sweet.
Freshly sprayed, it starts with a plastic note, then transitions to this sweet note, and ultimately leaves me with a cleaning product note, with a delicate mint in the far, far background. I think this sweet note reminds me of the children's strawberry toothpaste from my childhood, or when the orthodontist used to apply a sealing liquid, something along those lines. So this note doesn’t remind me of the typical synthetic bubblegum note that one usually knows. It’s probably a strawberry of the artificial kind. I like that kind of thing.
In the dry down, the first thing you perceive is the intense non-perfumed sweet note, then comes the cleaning product. The longer it’s on, the more the cleaning product weakens. After half an hour, there’s hardly any trace of the cleaning product in the sillage; it’s only noticeable when you get closer.
So overall, this scent, which lasts for half an hour, transports me to a dentist's treatment room, where you enter and can still smell the fresh spray of cleaning product from the previous patient, but you can also smell the various pastes in the prepared bowls on the shelf.
I want to set a direction, but this smells completely different overall. The dentist note from Cloud Eau de Parfum goes in that direction, but everything that comes after is different! So it only resembles that part! With Cloud, it goes towards BR afterwards, but this one becomes very sweet.
Hmm who, when, and where can you wear it (well, everyone as they wish, just my humble opinion): As an educator in a kindergarten. Gym. Young girls, children to teenagers. Funfairs, village festivals, children's parties.
So all in all, a synthetic sweet scent with good longevity that develops from a sweet beast with cleaning product vibes to ultra-sweet children's toothpaste.
