For me, a 10 is something truly special, and I give it very rarely. There have maybe been two or three fragrances that have moved me so deeply that they were more than just beautiful. They left a lasting impression and gained a deep personal significance. A 9.5 already means an incredibly beautiful scent, absolutely fantastic. But to reach a 10, it needs that extra layer of emotion, memory, or anticipation.
