Until the synthetic notes, it sounded classy.

I usually get a glue-like scent from lower-quality sandalwood from Australia.

Comme des Garçons has a few good fragrances, although they are a bit synthetic. This one seems to be similar.

I get along quite well with CdG.... and synthetic isn't a dealbreaker for me right away.... So I find your description interesting.

Luckily, I only had a little bit of Ca$hmeran, so I really like it (I'm even wearing it right now)...

I could still smell the Cashmeran this morning. I'm generally having a harder time with that note and synthetic scents. But I'm glad you like it!

Reminded me of Black Cashmere by Karan, which I liked better.

I'll remain skeptical, as Cashmeran has gotten in my way too often.

After trying out several fragrances, I’m now more aware of them. Unfortunately, it’s bothersome. It stretches scents like Ambroxan, but has a distinct smell.

It has something. If only it weren't for that strong cashmere note.

Reminds me of a mix between Comme de Garçons "Blackpepper" and "Wonderwood," but richer and deeper. It starts with a pepper storm. However, the Chashmeran synthetic is quite prominent here as well. The sandalwood has a glue-like quality and sometimes comes off like varnish. The amber accord could be a bit smokier instead of sweet. Leather, if present, is more on the brittle side.
Thanks to Schreiner Chizza :-)
