Tough Opening
I reeled back in horror at my first spritz. It was like pink and black peppercorns being scorched in a pan past the point of blistering.
After a few minutes it did settle into something more pleasant, fresh, and somewhat familiar. Way underneath I still sense something a little bit plastic and unpleasantly synthetic, but I'm really engaging my neurons trying to discern those tiny nuances by that point.
I don't hate it, but opening was nearly traumatising. My reaction of distaste has never been that severe to a fragrance, at most a cringe. I tried to throw my body away from the arm to which it was attached!
At this price point, I wouldn't want to be subjecting myself to that response for something I only kind of like.
