A beautiful, very feminine, slightly peppery but unfortunately very soft rose scent. The fragrance is very classic and very elegant with a bit of edge from pink pepper and citron.
Vetiver is usually a big no-go for me. Vetiver has ruined so many perfumes for me, but miracles happen, because here vetiver is very soft and beautifully integrated, fitting like a glove to this delicate elegant rose.
The centifolia. It is so beautifully delicate. Almost transparent, it shimmers in the dawn. It is very bright, almost see-through, and has large dewdrops on its petals. In the background, vetiver grows, and with the gentle wind, it occasionally receives a green, soothing breeze from it. At the base, patchouli grows, slightly green and mild. The patchouli is mild and only slightly earthy.
In short, a very elegant rose scent that has a hint of aquatic quality. The fragrance is relatively unsweet and lightly dry with a bit of spice. The longevity is quite good, but it is a very close-to-skin and almost shy rose, yet perhaps that is what makes it so attractive and beautiful.
