Looks like the 10-point round continues for you. This one seems to have appealed to you a bit more than some others based on your description. On one hand, I envy you a bit for your enjoyment of the EO fragrances, but on the other hand, I can be a little relieved financially since I haven't been too captivated by them so far. I have to say, though, that I’ve given way fewer 10-point ratings overall. ^^
So far, this is the dirtiest musk I've had the chance to smell. It's really interesting to experience the different types of musk. Tonkin musk feels very soft and pleasant compared to Siberian musk.
I think it has to do with my enthusiasm for the Artisans.
The important thing is to differentiate that the tests are from 1-3 times. Unfortunately, there won't be any bottles of that...
The review and the picture are really amazing, but I'm a bit disgusted... :D Your dedication to this type of fragrance is truly unimaginable to me, but preferences are just so different! :)
Thank you so much, my dear! Yes, I think if you're not used to this type of fragrance, it's "not possible" to wear something like this. The musk here is definitely something else! 😂
For me, it's the "big brother" of EO N°3, and thus the darker, edgier, tougher version.
Animalic/dirtier Siberian musk with slightly pissy facets hitting hard. Somehow still beautiful and pleasant. They didn't hold back on the spices here. Together, both create a very dark and dense vibe. No room for brightness or freshness. The rose is very meaty and not soft like you might expect. The ouds bring in those typical Ensar intense woody facets and feel very dark. They add even more depth to the fragrance and make it more exciting. As it develops, the spices, meaty rose, and musk pull back significantly, and the ouds take center stage. Really good.
