subtle cedar
Beautiful but still quite a subtle cedar-heavy scent. A bit citrusy at the start, but the cedar quickly joins in. What the ominous "oxygen" or the "sea mist" in the fragrance pyramid is supposed to mean, only the marketing people at Weil-Parfums know...
Stylistically not unlike "James Bronnley Classic," I prefer the latter due to its more intense and creamier notes, which, along with its after-shave-like base character, offer a better overall package. Nevertheless, "Deep Blue Essence" is not a bad choice.
