Scent:
I haven't smelled the original (Bleu Electric) yet. In my opinion, Jack is not such a complex fragrance, but it's also not that banal. It smells fresh and lightly spicy at the same time. You can definitely smell the lavender, very pleasant! The spiciness mainly comes from the cardamom... and overall, I find it even has a slightly aquatic vibe. Not very spectacular, but still a pleasant scent. Above all, I think it manages the balance between 'Fresh' and 'Spicy' very well. When I compare this to the Al Nashama Caprice by Lattafa (also a dupe of Bleu Electric), I definitely prefer Jack - simply because the spicy notes don't dominate as they unfortunately do with Lattafa.
I was approached about the scent at the gym (positive feedback): "You smell good. This scent seems familiar to me," they said. Maybe the similarity to Bleu Electric really exists (I can't judge that unfortunately).
S/D:
Here I must admit, I originally applied the fragrance incorrectly. I was too stingy with the spraying. If you spray properly (18-24 sprays on neck, wrists, and clothes), you achieve good longevity and sillage. Immediately after spraying, you do feel a bit drenched, but fortunately, that fades away after a few minutes :D
This way, I achieve a longevity of about 4-5 hours during which the scent can be strongly perceived (2-3m radius), before it slowly fades away.
Bottle:
It looks spectacular and stands out in my collection, but the cap sits very loosely and overall, it's not the best quality. You shouldn't expect much in this price range. The bottle came with a stack of cards - a nice little touch.
P/V:
Very good! For the money, you get a pleasant scent that certainly won't be perceived as disturbing by anyone and can be worn perfectly in everyday life or at the gym. I can easily imagine wearing this scent in enclosed spaces as well. You have to be clear that you need to spray generously for it to be noticed. I personally wouldn't buy it again, simply because I'm slowly going off the deep end and want to gradually acquire only niche fragrances hehe. But at this price, it's a blind-buy win.
