For me, the fragrance mainly smells of wood, dry, smoky, and slightly burnt. Just as the name suggests.
I think it is excellent for layering, to give other perfumes a spicy, woody depth.
Although the scent is officially considered unisex, I find it a bit too masculine in its aura for my personal taste. I therefore gifted it to my brother, and he enjoys wearing it very much. The fragrance is also well-received by others.
