I am undecided, the scent is truly unique and not as fruity as one might expect...
The opening is not only very spicy but also quite piercing, so piercing that I found the scent unpleasant for the first half hour. Too much of everything somehow, only the berries are taking their time to show up.
In the drydown, however, cinnamon, fruity berries, and caramel join in. Patchouli and cedar remain very present throughout the entire scent development. Unfortunately, due to the piercing opening, it is not a favorite, but once that subsides, the scent is incredibly beautiful and unique. Therefore, the indecision remains, as the drydown is just too beautiful. But having to suffer through the first half hour?
For me, the longevity and sillage were not impressive. My colleagues could perceive the scent on me very well for the first 3 - 4 hours, and after that, only up close. Maybe it needs a bit more time to develop its longevity and sillage, like many Arabic perfumes.
Worth a test for those who enjoy spicy & berry scents.
Tends to lean more towards the feminine side for me personally, but it is absolutely unisex and therefore also quite wearable for men.
