After having tested the Royal Blend and the Mystic Dream with similar fragrance DNA, both of which I really like, I didn't expect much new from the Heaven's Reserve. While the Mystic Dream comes with a lovely apple strudel/baked apple note that I adore, the Royal Blend has more spice and depth, leaning more towards a cinnamon, boozy direction. When we then take the Heaven's Reserve and compare it, there is no apple like in the Mystic Dream, but rather a ripe plum, nuts, cinnamon, and rum. All beautifully and deeply intertwined. I would have never expected this at that price. Absolute recommendation from me at this point. I really like it, and even though I now have 3 fragrances from this fragrance DNA, they clearly differ in nuances. When considering the respective prices, there isn't one that I wouldn't recommend. Royal Blend definitely has the most beautiful bottle of the mentioned ones and is a great all-rounder. Mystic Dream has the most beautiful baked apple note. It captivates me every time anew. Heaven's Reserve impresses with its nutty plum. I am glad to own all of them, and even though we are heading into spring, I am already looking forward to the winter season when I can take these treasures off the shelf again. Just a dream for Christmas.
