Insolitum Odores presents a very unique combination with its fragrance Angkor, which I have not encountered before.
The scent is warm, soft, fruity, and oudy. It has edges and corners that are pleasing. No note is too dominant or stands out excessively.
Angkor starts warm and sweet, also fruity. Strawberry and pear are easily noticeable. It doesn't take 10 minutes before the oud makes its appearance. I thought to myself... what is that scent... quite a firm stable oud in my opinion. You have to like it, and it certainly isn't to everyone's taste, but it doesn't detract from the fragrance. On the contrary, it makes it even more interesting.
Raspberry, banana, rose, and saffron keep the scent fruity and sweet.
Light leather and amber, etc., let the fragrance fade away.
Definitely worth a try for special occasions; whether it's suitable for everyday wear and office use, I'll leave that open. Definitely worth testing. Wearable for both men and women.
