Scent yay / Bottle nay...
I love Tuscan Leather Eau de Parfum and collect all the dupes and brands that are very similar.
Tuscan Leather was, along with "Polo (Eau de Toilette) | Ralph Lauren," my first fragrance love.
The only thing that bothers me about the OG TL is the miserable longevity...and the price.
Therefore, every dupe is very welcome to me.
I own "Godolphin | Parfums de Marly," which is similar but still different.
Then there's the Maison Alhambra Toscano Leather, which is great but lacks in longevity.
The significantly worse and super disappointing "Smoky Touch / Toscano Leather | Maison Alhambra," which completely fails in both scent and longevity compared to its predecessor and is also not worth anything as a TL clone.
Then there's "La Yuqawam pour Homme | Rasasi," which has a great scent, beautifully raspberry-like, but also doesn't last too long.
And now also "Italian Leather | Just Jack," whose bottle is incredibly ugly.
The older bottle, which was more similar to "Black Orchid (Eau de Parfum) | Tom Ford," looked much better and was fitting for the name Italian Leather, but this blue one is just a complete misstep by the designer...
Well, now to the scent:
In short - the scent is great.
It definitely has the Tuscan Leather DNA, but at first, it is a bit strongly synthetic; however, that fades after about 2 minutes on the skin, and then it projects the typical raspberry of Tuscan Leather extremely well.
The longevity of the Italian Leather is extraordinarily good compared to the other TL clones!
That shocked me right away; I did not expect that at all.
The leather is nice, smooth, and supple, with almost no difference from the original.
I am really completely satisfied with this scent.
Anyone who can overlook the ugly bottle gets a slightly synthetic Tuscan Leather clone here that smells great, performs well, and is a really good option.
