Yes, it fits the Chanel vibe. I find Karl to be more wearable, and I really like it. For the price, you get a decent fragrance that doesn't have to hide behind Chanel or Dior. Plus, the bottle is nice too-simple but elegant.
Probably a formula that Symrise had "in the drawer" for all occasions. It doesn't hurt anyone and gains points just for its name. In Karl's lifetime, it would have been too mainstream for him.
