Pure hairspray and nothing else
Other reviews I saw for this were extremely generous - this is not soapy or refreshing at all, and the citrus is so faint it might as well not even be mentioned.
This is a pure hairspray scent (synthetic chemical + nondescript light watery floral blend), and nothing else. I tested this in the air, on a strip, and on my skin - same results all around. Felt like spraying myself with a hairspray bottle.
The best part about this fragrance is the bottle design, which has a pretty iridescent sheen - but unfortunately, that's about it.
P.S. This is currently carried at TJX stores within the US, in case you're curious about it or happen to love it! But if you're into "hairspray" scents, White Shoulders Eau de Parfum is far better than this.
