Delicious cherry gourmand, but not a good cherry smoke dupe

All in all, a delicious gourmand with a cherry theme. I smell predominantly sweet cherry, incense, saffron and marzipan. The fragrance is very different, darker, more masculine than Lost Cherry, but can certainly be worn by women just as easily due to its sweetness.

The question I'm sure many are asking is whether 1505 is similar to Cherry Smoke. I've seen reviews on YouTube comparing it to Cherry Smoke and I have to disagree, as far as I can tell with my slowly fading memory of Cherry Smoke. The Cherry Smoke is classically smoky in my memory (no incense) and this smoky note is more clearly differentiated from a differently composed cherry, as is recognizable in many expensive fragrances. In contrast to the CS, the 1505 clearly bears the Arabian signature that we already know from many Lattafas, is sweeter and also smells of marzipan to me, which I can't remember in the Cherry Smoke.

The longevity and sillage are very decent, the square bottle, which I don't like, is certainly a matter of taste, but I think it's quite pretty with the clock and quite detailed.

Conclusion: If you were hoping for a dupe, whether of Cherry Smoke or Lost Cherry, I would advise against it. But if you are looking for a rather sweet, oriental cherry gourmand with incense, this fragrance could be something for you. Whether I will buy it with the very present marzipan note is questionable, but overall it is a beautiful fragrance. It's just a shame that many of the good Lattafas are now simply being marketed under Lattafa Pride, so that you have to spend considerably more on fragrances that were previously available from Lattafa in comparable quality. When it comes to fragrances that approach designer prices, I'm actually out, because we know that the fragrances are produced cheaply.

That's exactly why I bought a sample (almost blindly, at the ridiculous price), because some people think it's NOT a Cherry Smoke dupe (I already have it), but a standalone (because I'm still looking for a smoky cherry scent, but can't find it, and instead of Nagarmotha incense and balsam is listed here) - unfortunately it's actually a very good Cherry Smoke dupe! I've been testing both 1:1 in front of me for 4 hours. Too bad 😕

...Definitely do NOT smell any incense at all, in either of them. PITY😄. That's what I wanted in 1505. I still haven't found it after the incense - cherry perfume😕

@Bizzy Tested again 1 to 1 (Still have the 1505 sample, I don't like it). I really smell "no difference" at a distance:
Cherry Smoke has the Wrigleys Cinnamon effect, 1505 is sweeter, more marzipany (unfortunately also very chemical and soon just a mishmash). But I can only smell the difference in a direct comparison on the test strip, under my nose (except for the chemical)

Opinions seem to differ greatly. I smell marzipan and incense in 1505. Do you also smell these notes and do you actually smell them in the Cherry Smoke? o.O
My recollection is that it wasn't in Cherry Smoke in that form, but as described in the review, it's been a while.

I absolutely did not notice the very present marzipan note here.
That's what other cherry fragrances are for.
And the fact that Lataffa has brought out a dupe for TF here is actually also clear.
The House of Commons has already done that.
No offense meant, but IHMO it's headlines like this that create rumors of this kind
Because someone then interprets it as a dupe to Lost Cherry.
No offense meant. Maybe I'm wrong about that too.

Hey, I'm just referring to various video creators who have already tried to compare the fragrances with TF fragrances and I'm denying that. With my TF comparisons, I'm trying to highlight the differences to the cherry fragrances I know - because I don't know any others.
I personally can smell marzipan. Not as much as in Lost Cherry, but there is at least something in that direction. My nose may just be interpreting it that way, but it is a bit kitschy. By the way: Lattafa sometimes releases 3 dupes of a fragrance in different houses. So the "dupe has already been released" is not an argument, especially as Lattafa is not currently offering a dupe of Lost Cherry.
Best regards
