The leaning of Pisa

So I have no idea what Lattafa was trying to do here. Apart from the really great mandarin note at the beginning, I can't find anything at all about the fragrance. Somehow it seems scratchy, tiring and unnecessarily strong and ambery to me. Nothing half and nothing whole.

I haven't held the bottle myself, but I can tell from just looking at it that the souvenir aesthetic would annoy me. I want a fragrance and not a souvenir.

For me, this is a fail, which is why I'm very glad I only bought one bottle. But I won't use up the remaining 4.9ml either, there are far better things out there.

Hmnn, it was probably due to the bottling. Pisa is a citrusy fragrance that gets a tiny hint of sweetness from the mandarin. It is a pleasant fragrance - unspectacular. Pisa is perfect for the office, where seriousness is required.
Try a TF Amber Absolute, then you'll know what ambery really means. When I look at your collection, I know where you come from ;-)

Where do I come from? And yes, ambery is not what characterizes the fragrance.
