Alice in Wonderland
This artwork by Aga Lewandowska truly deserves attention.
For me, she is a significant perfumer...not for the mainstream. Aga is different, telling stories with her art projects...I love that. Scents that throw you into new worlds, presenting me with unexpected compositions, surprising me, delighting me, guiding me, making me dream.
I am a fan of Miguel Matos, who also surprises time and again and paints pictures in my head. (Just as a parallel - this one is not by Matos... it was Jimmy Bodin)
For me, this is "fragrance art"... when the scent carries me... is independent... I am thrilled and hope that we will get more from Aga Lewandowska. A unique and brave artist.
Now I arrive at the "Mad Tea Party" and am welcomed with buckets full of butter, warm, soft, and welcoming.
The name naturally evokes the association with "Alice in Wonderland."
I see the Cheshire Cat sitting at the richly laid table along with all sorts of fantastical figures.
Normality has no place anymore, the rules are lifted. Everything is new, and you must open your heart and mind to grasp this new fragrance world.
Just when I think, yes I believe I have it, a new impression comes... Fruits are abundant at this garden party, a bit tart but ripe and dark, yes black currants, dark and juicy... how wonderful...
And while my mouth waters and I dream of cream,
I jump through the mirror and see my grandpa in his beloved, well-worn armchair, smoking, sipping whiskey... he looks content as he gazes out the window.
Everything becomes calm, peaceful, and together we eat mountains of (slightly burnt) caramel candies and butter cake with thick creamy cream... The sweetness remains, the smoke fades, and I thank for this wonderful journey; different and always again, the scents from Le Frag are an experience... wearing them is an event.

Spannend!
