Air Tiger Marc Gebauer 2021

Air Tiger is, in my opinion, a mix of Xerjoff Homme and Nasomatto Black Afgano with a breeze of Oud Wood Intense. Anyone who follows Marc Gebauer knows that he doesn't care about receiving compliments from others. Quite the opposite: he wants to be convinced by the fragrance himself, while also making a statement. Whoever buys the fragrance should be aware that he will hardly receive any compliments and will rather convince few. I can only agree with the previous speaker, because the fragrance reminds me of workshop atmosphere, so a lot of gasoline and oil paired with lots of leather. The fresh notes and the, in the heart note according to Parfumo contained, iris can be found, in my opinion, even after longer smelling and own imagination, hardly. The fragrance is very dark, so for me not wearable in warm temperatures and more suitable for autumn / winter. In addition, it is very linear, so even after prolonged wear rather unchanged. The strong sillage and durability convinced me nevertheless very much. The bottle has a good finish, but the design could have been elaborated further. It is also important to emphasize that Air Tiger is definitely not a world first, but for that it is what it should be.
As a conclusion: I think Marc Gebauer has achieved exactly what he wanted with the fragrance: a clear statement fragrance, which is not everyone's darling, but has a great durability and sillage.
