The aldehydic crispy pear in the opening is delicious and not in a gourmand way, I just love how effervescent and strong it leads on. However, it softens up to a really creamy musky iris/orris perfume that smells just a tad bit too mature for me. It smells like those fancy makeup puffs you see a well put together elderly mother use. Not quite grandma, but the freshness in the opening subsides and gets really powdery floraly which I think is fitting for the brand, but it would be a lot better for my taste if the aldehydic pear remained prominent.
