Polished easy green with lift
I don't know the original, but here is what I smell:
It's primary character is outlined by vetiver below and bergamot on top; it's green, fresh but grounded. The cool spices, ginger & musk expand its presence and add an airyness that makes this an easy wear. Geranium adds a soft sweetness, knitting the pieces together into a soap-like accord and adding to the freshness. The only hint of oud is its solid woody base, but if it weren't in the name it wouldn't warrant a mention.
This is an interesting yet polite scent and it works well in many environments (office, golf course, lunch with friends, daily driver). It has enough body to work from cool through warm weather and it works extremely well in an outside setting where air movement adds to the expansive middle. More interesting than other well-behaved scents, but anonymous enough for when you just want to smell good without making a bold statement. The smell of a well sorted man or woman who plays well with others but rises slightly above the fray.
Sillage and longevity are middle of the road, which suits the character of the scent.
