Feinherb

Feinherb truly expresses this combination of oriental notes perfectly. Upon spraying, one actually smells a natural, fresh-fruity pomegranate that does not veer towards Palmolive but remains beautifully herbaceous and zesty. I do not detect soapy notes or blackcurrant. The heart of the fragrance consists of a wonderful, silky combination of light rose and aromatic sandalwood. In the base, I also smell a hint of musk. The overall impression of the heart resembles a high-quality sandalwood-rose incense stick. In this respect, The Colour of Pomegranate is similar to Miller & Bertaux' Shanti Shanti, which, however, has more freshness. If one were to compare the two like wines, Shanti Shanti would be a light, fresh rosé, while TCOP would be a dark, aromatic red wine, as it has a bit more body and feels heavier in comparison. I would describe the projection and longevity as medium.

Due to the balanced rose-sandalwood blend, the fragrance is suitable for both men and women and can suit both equally well. The only requirement is that one enjoys red wine.
