Fine tart
Feinherb actually expresses this combination of oriental notes perfectly. After spraying it on, you can actually smell a natural, fresh and fruity pomegranate that doesn't slide off in the direction of Palmolive, but remains beautifully tart and tangy. I don't get any soapy notes or blackcurrant. The heart of the fragrance is a great, silky combination of light rose and aromatic sandalwood. I also smell some musk in the base. The overall impression of the heart has something of a high-quality sandalwood-rose incense. In this respect, The Colour of Pomegranate is similar to Miller & Bertaux's Shanti Shanti, but with more freshness. If you compare the two like wines, then Shanti Shanti would be a light, fresh rosé, but TCOP would be a dark, aromatic red wine, as it has a little more body and seems heavier in comparison. I would describe its charisma and longevity as medium.
