Woeful
I was subconsciously looking forward to this despite my conscious mind knowing better... Turns out my thinking brain isn't as stupid as I had previously feared.
An awful release with very little in common with the original or any of its predecessors, except amen ultimate (also made by L'Oréal) as that was absolutely terrible as well.
Amen, one of the great masculine perfumes of all time, is dead and so, it seems to me, is designer perfume.

Unfortunately the new wave of "old school revamps" will finish every frag from that era. not a chance for them, as new aromachemicals pushing hard

Hi Rich, I hope not, but tend to agree. I'm not interested in new releases by Designers any more resp. have very low expectations. I haven't tested the new Mugler yet, but I can imagine how bad he is. I was shocked back then how awful Ultimate was in comparison to every other A*Men flanker before. I can still remember my first impression of A*Men. It was one of my most impressive scent experiences thus far. What happend to this brand under L'Oreal is a real shame.
