Resinous, green and balsamic opening with some mentholated and citrus aspects.
Resins and earthy / smoky parts emerge as the perfume dries on the skin.
The effect is almost medicinal at times, especially in the opening.

The scent of lemons from the southern valleys drifted in slow motion over the Moon Canyon Hills, while the herbs of the desert's harsh sage and eucalyptus wafted from Valyermo. Dave sat in the shade of the conifers, listening to Hinoki, pine, and fir, which made the needles crackle like vinyl records, resins popping in the sun, playing the gramophone's endless groove. The roots on the spicy forest floor glowed in yellow dimmed Day-Glow, pulsating glowing elemiharz as mysterious lights, just like in an enchanted forest, an ancient spiritual place.
For a moment, Dave thought of the when, as the forest flowed like misty clouds through all the resin-sweating bark, over dry brush on the steep slopes, gathering pearls of Chios tears down into the walls of a small mission, dark-spicy, dust-earthy from the slope, a hint of resinous salt from the ocean, there the mist arrived like incense, as if time were moving backward.

"Reina de Angelopolis" begins with an accord of citrus and herbaceous-ethereal herbs (mint, sage, wormwood, juniper). From the very beginning, I can perceive the roots of Java vetiver, though they initially seem to be filled with hesperidic elemi. Soon, the citrus-spicy needles of the conifers become evident, the sun of California makes them burst, releasing their intense scent before they scatter brown and dry over the forest floor between the barks of the trees. Then the incense flows through the forest, airy and light, it combines with mastic, slightly salty-smoky copal resin, and the now earthy-smoky Java vetiver. An absolutely extraordinary, citrus-woody incense scent with a hint of ethereal desert herbs. The time travel to early Los Angeles unfolds moderately but is full of evening-length experiences.
