Did someone rummage through Andreoli?
Mojito Erotique does indeed remind quite strongly of Malibu Party in the Bay by Simone Andreoli, which also dives into the world of Creed Virgin Island Water.
To be honest, I had already expected this due to the fragrance pyramid.
The scent starts with a well-crafted authentic lime.
A delicious combination of some lime juice and the zest.
In the background, the pleasant light rum accord and especially the coconut are already wafting. The coconut also becomes relatively quickly a bit more intense and noticeable.
Compared to Malibu Party in the Bay, Mojito Erotique is, in my opinion, a bit more bitter in its freshness, which could be due to the listed bitter orange.
Additionally, the coconut comes forward a bit slower and milder.
Overall, the fragrance has less sweetness and radiates significantly less in general.
Malibu Party in the Bay lasts really long on my skin for a summer fragrance and projects well.
Mojito Erotique is much more subdued.
Overall, a lovely scent!
However, since I already know the Andreoli scent by heart and own it, this fragrance will probably leave my collection again.
The similarities are, in my opinion, too great.
Thus, it is not worth having both fragrances in the collection.
