Why the negative reviews? Because everyone is disappointed that Empress doesn't smell like Miss Dior Chérie? I think that once the initial intense "popcorn flash" fades, the scent gets closer to Dior, but it's definitely not a scent twin. Similar notes, yes, but structured completely differently :-)
