Keeps You Smelling Clean
This is like pure ivory soap. It keeps you smelling out of the shower fresh, all day long. Excellent fragrance, very versatile and very inexpensive. You can get a bottle for about $15 and to me, it's every bit as good as others that are priced at $60 or more.

The only downside is the awkward and strange bottle, especially for a Men's fragrance (although it's easily a unisex fragrance). It's certainly nothing that most men would care to display and the design makes it a bit awkward when using it. Personally, I think it would be much better as a simple, rectangular shape - like something resembling a bar of soap.

Soapy fresh musk
Bijan could never reestablish the glory he made by Bijan Men in 1981. The subsequent creations sit much beneath the debut.
Nude for Men is a pointless release reminding to late 90's and early 00's. A soapy fresh aquatic musky floral woodsy composition picturing a decent man in formal suit. Wealth but not innovation, just as mainstreams of Creed are.

Not naked: a bergamot camouflage outfit
is what turns a coquettish gardenia into a proper robinia. To my relief, as I rarely like white flowers, especially not the exotic ones - from the bottle, mind you, in nature I do. I was so curious about how a men's perfume with gardenia, this diva, would smell. And now there is no gardenia at all.

The bloom of Nude exudes an aroma reminiscent of this summer over Berlin's Akazienstraße with its fully blossomed trees. The friendly city gardener gifted me a few branches, whose scent then filled my apartment. “Unter den Linden” really has linden trees, while Akazienstraße only has false acacias, meaning robinias. And Nude has a false robinia, yet still has more essence than appearance. That’s lovely and much more than just beautiful appearance.

Right from the start, Nude contradicts its name: strong oily citrus notes, most likely bergamot and citron, combine with the floral note and create the impression of robinia, almost leaning towards lavender without its herbal aspects. A truly successful opening, not the usual citrus-fresh bang - hello and goodbye! The citrus envelops the flowers closely, merging with them; it’s the perfectly fitting floral camouflage suit.

Over time, the hesperidic notes transform into bright musk, which also fits perfectly with the floral component. It feels cheerful and pleasant, really very enjoyable for two to three hours. Unfortunately, that’s almost it. The base is a coherent continuation of what has come before, but far too weak: at best a hint of bright amber and sandalwood, slightly powdery and not soapy, maybe a little cedar.

The first half of the perfume deserves at least an 8.0, the second at most a 5.0, which makes it 6.5. What a pity.

Only for men? Not at all. Unisex, if not even more for women. Or is it just me? I would love to smell it on a man. He doesn’t even have to be completely nude.

Nomen est Omen
Nude, also "naked", that fits. Bijan Nude has something "intimate", it's more of a "body-related scent". At first, it's quite banal citrusy - but then it also smells like an erotic, naked body. Strangely enough, when I smell it "up close", I somehow always imagine how I - a long, long time ago :-) - would "sniff around" a pretty young girl who just came out of the shower...and maybe still "treats" herself with lemon body lotion...on her belly. ;-) Am I perverse? No, it smells a bit like that. That's why I think it's also a tip for women. Especially for situations where you get a little "closer"...Click-Clack...You know what I mean, you know what I mean. I use it rather rarely because I somehow don't take it seriously. It was just too cheap and I don't really take "people" under 10 euros seriously. My mistake. After all, it's still in my collection. But if that young girl comes around the corner, to whom it belongs...then she'll get it right away. Of course, only if she wants to. I'm a gentleman of the old school.

Fiori Bianchi Uomo / La Paloma Blanca - white flowers and white dove of peace for men
Bijan Nude for men was released in the same year as Fleur du Mâle by Jean-Paul Gaultier, and this is not to be "over-scented". And now for the good news: it has its own character, without being as delicate and reserved as Fleur du Mâle Cologne (which I also like very much). And now for the really great news: it is the serious, mature version of the Gaultier fragrance, which always carries a hint of the unconventional artist's aura.

An exotic floral note (Gardenia) is accentuated by Mediterranean herbs, southern hesperides, robust musk, noble woods, sweet pineapple, and wonderfully soft tonka bean ... You can already tell what vacation images these scent notes evoke in me. But one can't always be on vacation, and this little olfactory oasis casually adapts to the office routine with its robust base orientation, subtly uplifting the grumpy office colleagues and the nagging customers, without the wearer himself, who is after all a man, making a fool of himself or provoking the establishment. And therein lies the pleasant difference to Fleur du Mâle or even Gaultier squared.

Fascinating summer scent. Unfortunately, it develops a moldy note on my skin after four hours. Just swap the skin ;)

Bijan had his only bright moment with the creation of his debut. Everything after is pleasant but lacks character, just like this.

What remains on soft skin after a bath in delicate honey milk - unfortunately, also in this strength & durability.

My absolute favorite after showering when I want something cozy and light. Like a delicate body cream, incredibly pleasant to wear!

A close-to-skin creamy scent with a hint of citrus and wood. Beautiful for lovers of subtle fragrances, but too weak for me personally.
