Now this is a challenging scent for me. The other reviews here seem to be positive but it's too strong and stinky for me. I can usually take spicy scents but this one is different. I sprayed this last year around Thanksgiving, right before I decided to create an account here, and I still remember my reaction. "UGH!" Lol.
This smells like the reeking armpits of an old man in heavy clothing. Something stinky but in an extremely masculine sense. I do not get any of the orange or citric notes that others seem to get. I get a musty foul odor that keeps taking me on like a never-ending boxing match. Even though it hurts, I keep coming back to smell it.
I tested this before I tested Opus VII - Reckless Leather but I find them to be extremely similar. Almost unbearable, but keeps me sniffing curiously! There's something about it. I ended up giving my sample to my brother who likes it a lot. I hope to revisit this scent someday and see if it grows on me, but for now, no thank you!
