12 | Twelve Valjues 2021

My preference for clean, fresh scents is unmistakable in my collection. My current holy grail is Fleur de Peau, review to follow.
Valjues is a German niche fragrance brand from Cologne. All scents are vegan, genderless, and handcrafted in Germany.
Tweelve was released in 2021, the heart notes are ISO-E-Super, fresh laundry, and cashmere, along with jasmine and musk in the top and base notes. A dream on the data sheet.
A well-groomed, gentle, delicate, slightly woody scent with a very faint H/S. A fragrance that gently vibrates on your skin and gives you a moment of relaxation, like still damp linen curtains in the sun. I like fresh laundry scents, unfortunately, I don't perceive jasmine at all. In the dry down, there is a certain similarity to Not a perfume or
Molecule 01 by Escentric Molecules.
Not too fresh for winter, but also fresh enough to wear in summer.
Personally, I don't like wooden caps; they give me an eco-meets-buckwheat health food vibe. A definitely unisex or even slightly feminine ISO E-Super. Here, as with other molecule scents, every skin radiates the fragrance differently!
A fresh, quiet cleanliness; personally, it also reminds me of AnOther 13 by Le Labo. Pure, delicate, and creamy, a bit like a second skin.
The difference between laundry detergent scent and fresh laundry scent is not known to everyone: laundry detergent scent often smells sharp, synthetic, and piercing, while fresh laundry smells of security, softness, and familiarity.
My preference for this fragrance direction stems from my childhood, addicted to that time capsule and moments from back then, moments that were carefree, enjoyable, and full of life.
Since then, I have been searching for cleanliness, grooming, security, and a sense of home. Because emotions smell the strongest. In the brain, not on the skin. Nostalgia and synthetics are closely intertwined here.
Fluffy, freshly showered, moisturized, close to the body. Gentle and unobtrusive.
Pure, simple (but not easy or banal), cuddly, cozy, radiant, well-groomed. Soft and carefree. Clean-fresh everyday wear.
Cashmere and light musk harmoniously used, unfortunately without jasmine. A missed opportunity to give the fragrance uniqueness.
One could extend the longevity with Molecule 1 a bit.
Sillage is moderate; you need to spray 4-5 times. The short longevity does not justify the price in my opinion.
