Tropezienne and pastis
A very pleasant surprise, i'm not into sweet things but this one hit the spot.
I'm from the south of France and it embodies its best parts. The ripe summer fig, the creamy tropezienne (a brioche stuffed with a blend of whipped cream and butter cream, completely decadent) and the aromatics from the anise, which clearly evokes pastis (southern digestive)
The whole thing make it really addictive, and i will wear it with delight when i will go south during the holidays
