There are words that are hard to pin down. "Beautiful," for example. Or "sexy," for that matter. How does a fragrance smell that brushes the word "sexy" on its own glassy belly?
This one starts with a delicate, slightly sweet (but not opulent) abundance of florals. For me, the rose comes through right away, displacing the bergamot. Good for me, because I like roses better. In return, only a short time later a light woody note mixes in, which becomes creamier over time and eventually ends in an incredibly good, fluffy (?) salted caramel note that lasts on my skin for hours.
Yes, it's a gourmand, but not a brute - sweet shop where your head is thundered into the caramel - vanilla - barrel, but one that envelops you like the duvet you may have just crawled out of.
This is why I can't stop smelling myself. That's why I've felt like I could bite it all day. And therein probably lies the definition of sexy.
