Fun, but just "meh"
This could have been a very nice perfume if only it hasn't been constructed on a poor quality, chemical base.

It's a nice, gourmandish, raspberry perfume with a tart, zesty aroma. Musk is also detectable.

I like the super-fun and fancy bottle.

Unfortunately, I find that this perfume tends to trigger my skin allergies. Still I enjoy it from time to time; and if you are looking for a fun bottle for your vanity, I'd recommend that you grab it on a bargain.

Compliment Getter
Yes, that's true. It's the second time people ask me what my perfume is while I'm wearing Chalou Gold by Lidl, which is pretty much a dupe after Dior's Jadore, and a successful one at that.

I am slightly upset and a bit offended since actually I don't get compliments with many other perfumes however expensive they may be... but the truth is yes here; apparently Chalou smells *good* on me.

Recommended!

Comforting and Elegant
Diane is a surprise find for me. It's affordable, has consistency and unique enough in its own right. That's a very clean and modern patchouli. Highly wearable and suitable for work environment and for almost every occassion. A very polished perfume for the self-assured, modern woman. No girly stuff is happening here, no cotton candy or fruits, and neither this perfume is a stage show in itself like Aromatics Elixir and Agent Provocateur (my favourites) which it somehow resembles.

I have the EDT and I will soon be investing on the EDP as well!

Highly recommended.

So so light...
Wish is as it is available today.

I see only little sillage and longevity here; but I remember how strong and rich and delicious it felt to me when I tried Wish in rather early 2000s. It is still similar to Angel, but like a faded, synthetic dupe. Comparing the two, Wish totally lacks the depth and richness of Angel.

In its own right, Wish is still a nice gourmand; enjoyable and wearable. I think I just normally prefer headier and rather more natural smelling perfumes.

Chypre Oriental
Bellissima is a unique perfume which is surprisingly good for such an affordable price.

Describing it is such a task without any reference to another perfume due to its composite nature. Any single note is not especially detectable to my nose. I smell creamy oak moss and rose however. The lemon is also detectable, but not in a fresh way.

If it will make it easier,

Bellissima smells like an old leather cosmetics case wrapped in fur.

She is a mature womanly woman who knows what she wants, who has a comforting, deep and mysterious personality but never timid! If she puts her foot down, you know that's for final.
