Well
Personally, I believe there is no scent from Anna Sui that I like. I really like the bottles of some, while others I find kitschy. And when I don't like the bottle, I'm always a bit put off. With Sui, the synthetic oils are too prominent for me personally. As a perfumer, I don't like that at all! I don't know if anyone also deals with other areas of cosmetics, but even her decorative cosmetics are, how should I put it... in Luxembourgish we would say "schudrez vous," which means it sends a chill down your spine. Fire-red mascara, green blush??? Even a few of my goth friends find it excessive. And for Carnival, it's too expensive!!

my absolute favorite!!
I love this scent; it seems to adapt to the occasions. It goes with everything, unfortunately, it is very hard to find. I can still order it in Spain, but here in the perfumeries, you can hardly find it anymore. What a shame!
When I can't decide on a fragrance in the morning, I always go for Eau de Veriño. That is really my "always go".

Noble/Nobility/Aristocrat/ Nobility obliges!
Well, I am a bit biased since I am half-Italian! Just kidding, I am simply a fan of iris scents. (For example, Hiris by Hermes or Iris en fête by Revlon, I don't even know if that fragrance still exists??) I particularly like this "herbaceous" quality of the iris. The same goes for mimosa, which, if you think about it, is actually an acacia. Because the true purple mimosa hardly smells at all (the one that closes its leaves when you touch it). Whereas the yellow acacia has a very intense fragrance. Delicious! But by now, you already know that I am into floral scents :-)

The top of casual
As a perfumer, I must unfortunately disagree with kittycat; for the price, it is an absolutely successful fragrance. One must also consider that not everyone can pay top prices. This is also true in the world of fragrances. Comparable to the car market. There are top models with top prices that turn out to be flops, and there are cheap small cars that you never want to part with. The same applies to the cosmetics market (by the way, the only economic factor that has increased during the financial crisis). Cheap does not always mean low quality; there are very good cheap fragrances! And otto Kern definitely does not belong to that category. I would rather classify it as a very good mid-range car. In any case, it lasts very well, and it is a multi-talented fragrance. You can wear it anywhere and in any way. It adapts to every style and lives up to its logo "Never underdressed" - you can never be wrongly dressed, not even with the fragrance. So for people who can't "shell out" too much and still want something "designer-like," it's just right! As a perfumer, I wear it very often and absolutely do not see it as cheap; when worn correctly, it offers a lot and can definitely compete with various expensive products.
