Gorgeous toffee
Despite the designer vibe, I think it has its own charm. This is mainly a caramel/vanilla/amber core with some deep musk, a few spices giving a dry and warm character, and some florals which mantain the scent a few cms away of being a purely gourmand fragance. It's almost a toffee.

Oud is listed, but I can't perceive any of it.

This smells somewhat generic, I must say, and very designer, but it's definitely more interesting, with better quality of ingredients and blending. About performance... this is loud, very loud on my skin and it last for a long time. Bottle is beautiful.

I don't like too sweet fragrances, but somehow I'm still keeping this one on my collection. It's gorgeous.

Unexpected oud fragrance
From the Asala collection, Asalat al Oud is my most favourite.

A soft well rounded oud dominates the first two hours. There's like a honey note and some sweet resins supporting the main woody accord (a deep and dark amber). Sweet, but not very sweet. Spices give the acrid and dusty tone.

After a few hours this fragrance, in addition to the woods, a leather nuance and a smokey character dominate with some herbal touches creating this "Palo santo" scent. Pretty realistic, I must say, and unexpected.

I really like the balance between woods and sweetness. It's deep, warm, with great quality ingredients and blending. The oud profile is a bit leathery, smoky, dark... almost like a charred piece of wood, but easy to wear in my opinion at first. The drydown could it be more challenging.

Projection is strong and it last +12 hours on my skin. Excellent.

Stunning leathery rose
Andalusi is a stunning leathery rose.

There's rose and leather of course, being the main components of the scent from the beginning to the end. The leather is dry and well rounded with the perfect amount of fizz and strength, meanwhile the rose is delicate, yummy and airy.

Apple and saffron are super prominent the first hour along with a soft oud. The oud is little funky, but nothing fecal or animalic just in case. It's supporting the leathery facet of the main accord and is present for a short period of time.

When the things calm down, a red sweet note takes preponderance (maybe ethyl maltol?) and the musk arise too. There's some vanilla and amber undertones that give depth and warmth.
Although there is an obvious sweetness in this fragrance is not a sweet fragrance per se. I think it's very well balanced.

The blending and the quality of the ingredients are top notch. This fragrance moves through its life showing a considerable amount of complexity.

Performance is excellent on my skin. It projects very well for 2 or 3 hours and lasts forever. I can smell it even the next day.

Presentation is just out of this world. One of the best presentation I've ever seen. The bottle and the box are so unique and luxurious.

Beautiful unsual rose oud combo
This one is an unsual rose oud combo. First of all, the oud is animalic so it can be a bit off-putting to some people. Then there's the rose and the grapefruit making a rare combination with the oud. I can smell some green nuances (that remind me of pectoral herbs) and musk to support the whole concoction. Very unusual, but somehow, it works and very well.
So, the people's reaction is mixed. Some of them loved it, some of them just liked it and some of them... hated it, and I understand why. The fragrance is polarizing because of the unexpected blending.

It's loud and a bit piercing, with great performance. On clothes, this lasts ages. The bottle is beautiful.

Khallab is just incredible. At this price point, getting this quality of blending and ingredients? It smells so natural! Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this has real oud in it. Knowing Ajmal, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

PS: I think the fragrance pyramid is wrong. According to the official website description the notes are: "Grapefruit fresh with a blend, Rose for that floral zing, Woody Musk and Oudh" but the image on the same website shows the notes on Parfumo. It's weird, but for what I smell, the "official description" is the right one and the image is wrong.

Interesting tuberose but insufficient
Sharqi is mainly tuberose and vanilla. It's a quite simple composition where the musk is not one of the main actors as in the other two from the same line, but rather a secondary role, always present but not in your face. Sometimes I smell a faint patchouli and jasmin. This is supposed to have indian oud in it, but I can't smell any of it (Anything on that spectrum it would have been so appreciated).

I miss a little more complexity to be honest. Maybe something more spicy or woody to make it more unisex, because Sharqi definitely leans towards to the feminine side. Not entirely, but... yes, it does.

Pretty linear in its development with a great performance. Good presentation.

I think this one is my second favourite from the Musk Collection behind Hareer. It gets a lot better if you layer it with oud.
