Ajmal Mukhallat Al Shams

If you want to smell a high quality scent, with real Oud and reasonable price, it is for you. This is a mixture of floral notes with riped roses, balanced with natural ambergris and stinky Oud. As you spray on your skin you can inmediatly feel the pungent smell of the Dhan al Oud. When it starts to dry down, the power softens giving way to a woody and musky phase.This is a Mukhallat only for real Oud lovers, who like to share experiences with themselves.

Now I understand.

Today is about 60° fahrenheit in NYC with rain and 90 percent humidity and I'm currently wearing this. In a word: MAGNIFICENT.

It's not too warm as to make this inappropriate and it's not too cold as to mute certain facets of this fragrance.

The weather is screaming for this. I'm on a crowded bus and I'm dressed in upscale, casual, smart attire that makes it plain this is a scent I opted for and not spilled kefir. So far, no dirty or angry looks.

I find the sharp, sour, facet of this has a kind of citrus acting effect to make it ideal for semi warm and humid weather. Kind of like a Platinum Egoist kind of thing, but FAR from that scene profile.

Again, wearing this in the cold mutes the mitigating facets of this, making the animalic qualities stand out full stink. Which to me smells unbalanced and unfinished in that environment.

All in all, I feel happy that I FINALLY understand this perfume.

NOTE:

I'm wearing two sprays worth. Both on skin. One on chest and one on stomach, with a undershirt, button down, and canvas jacket.

Arabic Mukhallat

Mukhallat Al Shams from the Arab House of Indian origin Ajmal based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a Oriental perfume 'Oud Woody Floral Amber Musky Unisex. It is part of Ajmal's 'Shams Trilogy'. I found Mukhallat Al Shams to be a richer perfume than its predecessor, Dahn Oudh Al Shams.

Mukhallat Al Shams (Sun Blend) is a luxurious fragrance, a typical Middle Eastern blend, created to please a captive audience of 'oud lovers. The fragrance perfectly blends oriental floral and woody elements with emphasis on a dark Indian oud animalistic earthy stable ... already mixed with a discreet turkish rose that reminded me at this stage of Mukhallath Dahnal Oudh Moattaq, also from Ajmal; but here with a 'oud heavier than the Moattaq.

I also take the creaminess of sandalwood, resulting in a wonderful olfactory and sensory experience. These woody nuances of 'oud with sandalwood, provide a deep and earthy aroma.
As the fragrance progresses, musk and ambergris add a bittersweet facet, adding refinement, warmth and sensuality without losing virility. The delicate rose, although well toned, still persists and enriches the base, adding a slight floral touch of delicacy and elegance.

Another exquisite arabesque fragrance based on 'oud from Ajmal. This perfume captures the essence of Middle Eastern perfumery, with its rich blend of great quality centered on precious Indian natural 'oud oil at an affordable price. As always, Ajmal manages to have the best price-quality ratio with very fair prices, moving away from the elitist and identity-free ostentation of other famous brands around the world.

Best Mukhallat Spray in My Opinion

Mukhallat Shams is One of my Top 5 Favorites Perfumes from House of Ajmal. Number 1 Mukhallat i smelled so far . Hats off to Ajmal Perfumes. All Notes are well placed especially Oud which is V Soft & toned out. Sandalwood also plays v good role in this perfume. The Top begins with a Floral-Woody note followed by a Woody-Spicy and base of Musky-Woody. Mukhallat means Mix of Oud with Other Notes, . Beautiful combination of Oud & Wood with Musk, Floral & Spices Well Blended.

Can be Worn in All Seasons & Occasions But Ideal for Winter. Projection & Longevity are V Good. My Rating for this Perfume is 4.9 out of 5.

Si te gustan los perfumes que dejan huella este es uno de ellos. Salida potencialmente animalica con una gran duración y proyección. Oud sucio en su máxima expresión.
Dicen que tiene un cierto parecido con the night de F. Malle. Yo sí que le encuentro cierta vibra y por mucho menos dinero.
Si te gustan los Ouds sucios y potentes .... este es tu perfume.
