Amazing smell - but only for the older guys with suit.
First of all: I'm 30yrs old. My plan was picking up a scent for elegant, evening events (like theatre and other night-time events with a suit or similar outfit).
Step1: Store/paper: Wow, I love this scent, the overall vibe of it, its really spicy, and unquestionably elegant. I give it a try. (Paid.)
Step2: Outside the store: I sprayed it on the back of my hand, and checked it constantly. Its really spicy, a bit old-fashioned, but still amazing. Really-really strong sillage on me (only with 1 spray)
Step3: After the drydown its translate to a really woody smell with zero sweetness (wood and leather with a non-sweet vanilla). Its a good one, but in my opinion its not for a guy in the 30's, much more for somebody in the 40's or 50's. Still like it, but def. not for me.
Step3: At home: my livingroom (30sqm) filled with the scent's smell (not my nose, my GF told me as well) - from the back on my hand. What the hell, is a bit too much sillage.
Step4: I tried to clean it from the back of my hand. With soap and sponge. 60% gone, 40% still on my head. Its incredible, but idk is it positive or negative :)
Step5: Put the bottle in a metal box (where all my other scent stay at the most of the time). A day later i opened the box, and i realised, the other scent's bottles smell like Tom Ford Noir. Eeeh.. Its a bit too much for me.
Step6: Wear it for the for the first time (1 spray only). GF told me I smell like a sexy, elegant old man. ( what a compliment! :D ) Then we met with my friends where I got more compliments for the scent - But some jokes with my oldness because the old-smelled fragrance too.
