Chameleon’s fragrance
Ajar starts with a punch of sweet pear and florals, almost syrupy. A soft incense hums underneath but never cuts through the tropical, heady feel.
It’s also a shapeshifter depending on the skin, lively on mine like a fresh shampoo, but it could be evolves deeper on others.

My boyfriend loves it on me, but I don’t enjoy wearing fruity florals. It feels more like a performance than something natural.

A dandy’s shirt
A crisp, green-soap opening that immediately evokes freshly pressed shirts and old-school grooming rituals. There’s a sharp tingle at the back of the nose, like the bite of a classic cologne.

I enjoy the composition, but it leans distinctly gentlemanly, more dandy drawing room than daily wear for me. Elegant, but not quite mine.

Sampling in store experience
I have to say that this fragrance is not really for me, but i respect the craftmanship behind.

But sadly i also have to say that you MUST try it on skin before committing yourself to any purchase as it is very skin dependent.
In the store, my boyfriend put on his skin and after 10 min the incense part took over with a nice hazelnut twist, (and for me it was way more pleasant, but not what he expected) and a lady next to us also tried and on her skin it was all about the sweet vanilla without much of the incense.

To my nose it does have this "plasticky"-vanilla note that i associate with the baby doll i used to have, and i cannot say that i'm fond of it. I would probably have loved it more if it has more of this pistachio and less vanilla but yup it will definitely find its public !

My Holy cuddle
After my unforgettable visit to the Maison Jardin d'Écrivains boutique in Paris, I couldn't leave without a bottle of Holy Stick, and what a treasure it is.

Holy Stick is for me, the epitome of an elevated skin scent. From the first spray, you're greeted with a beautifully spicy opening, where the cardamom immediately makes itself known. It's lively and intriguing without being overwhelming. Then, as it settles on my skin, the fragrance softens and transforms into something sweet, cozy, and incredibly inviting.

What really sets it apart is the balance between this gentle sweetness and the presence of incense, which weaves through the scent with a quiet elegance. The incense doesn’t dominate, instead, it adds depth and serenity, giving Holy Stick a soothing, almost meditative quality.

Wearing Holy Stick makes me feel good — truly good — calm, grounded, and at peace. It’s like a moment of cozyness captured in a bottle. It's the kind of scent that stays close to the skin, creating a personal, comforting aura rather than projecting loudly.

If you’re looking for a fragrance that feels intimate, nurturing, and quietly powerful, Holy Stick is a beautiful choice. I’m so glad I discovered it in such a special setting, it’s not just a perfume, it’s an experience !

Orangeade under a tree
This is quite lovely, i get a woody floral that is really smooth. I actually expected something leaning towards orange blossom but this is better, like a fresh orangeade under a tree during a hot summer.
I could picture this on me as on my boyfriend, quite a good creation !
I'm not sure that i need this fragrance in my collection but i will keep it on my mind maybe for a gift ...

I still hate those wipes sample but i have a very good opinion on this one ....
