not my cup of tea, but still a distinctive coffee fragrance regardless
i think if there's one smell that i grew tired of is coffee as a part of fragrance - on one half i've been involved heavily in specialised coffee making hobby that grew my nose into more discriminating on which coffee that smells good, and the other half comes from my "PTSD" of smelling coffee room diffuser that's being placed anywhere during my sophomore college class and the memory of smelling stale pungent coffee fragrance that makes me actively avoiding actual coffee based fragrance until now

meo fusciuni's little song unfortunately didn't manage to dispel my disdain of such scents, but simultaneously i understand the underlying quality and uniqueness of the blend itself. inspired by nick cave's macabre yet self-introspective music that delves into his own memory and existential crisis, imprezzabile creates a bridge between musky spices and dry grounded coffee that creates impression of quaint coziness akin to be in a dark, dreary cafe with fleeting depth of animalics and earthy tobaccos (which at times reminds me of Une Nuit Nomade's Memory Motel).

unfortunately the coffee smell itself kind of reminds me to the aforementioned bad room scents memory, but if you look past that and experience the constant shaping from each other components, little song will provide a fascinating lullaby that conjure a particular damp room that you can imagine the griminess happening there - probably the death of Stagger Lee

more of a vintage "retrospective" over another vintage pastiche
Based on the description of their website alone, the fragrance manages to evoke the photograph of a 1920's erotic dancer instead of the dancing as a whole - where it borrows all the influential association of animalic chypre, toned up indolicness and dusty spices submerged into uncompromising skank that seductively dances within you and intoxicating regalness

Not really my cup of tea i appreciate the artistry v much

fitzgerald's opulence seeping through the pages
Threading through a florist gardener when they seems to unable to pluck all the dead flowers while keep planting the new one and it create such hodgepodge of fleshy and decaying bouquet.

The combination of that undefined mix of flowers, ink, and aldehydes are the prominent ones that i experience in the opening, creating some sort of salty yet vegetal impression (one of the prominent one that i recognise as tulip) that grew on me gradually more i adjust myself to that oddity, like when you receive those flowers that you couldn't pick out which they are wrapped by freshly ripped newspapers and somewhat the ink allured into their stems.

For me those ink also helps to create more subdued transformation into spice (saffron) and resins in the dry down while also retains an unique olfactory experience, and it settles into intimate musk and somewhat woody notes amongst those transformation of notes

As the name suggest, Tender demands more intimacy in-between those idiosyncratic gardenia, seamless search for freshness amongst the damp moss and kaleidoscopic flowers that you never heard one before you smell it by your instinct.

Scent
high end take of southeast asian desserts
Amalgamation of every comforting south east asian dessert into one and transformed into something out of grand Michelin Stared restaurant. Invigorating and mouth watering while lingering gently like drinking cendol, eating klapertaart, and slurping milky sticky rice in everlasting summery heat, with your sweat and green rind covering you from the sun.

Pandan mostly takes the centre stage on holding the nuttiness of coconut, umami-like sweetness of palm sugar that prevents either of those base into something overpowering in the beginning of the fragrance, but after like 1-2 hours of those gourmand goodness it devolves into more of a basic musky vanilla - makes it a good skin scent that didn't attempt to be much sweet but akin to arranging the memories behind those dessert.

Considering Prin himself making quite a lot of similar fragrance to this but with different take and orientation himself like Chokedee, I'm eager to check them out next

Scent
generic bitter citrus
Orange scents that I personally really like is really hard to come by, mainly because it only utilize those ingredients to embody limited capabilities of that fruit and sum of it's parts instead of evoking a specific and illuminating mood - with L'Artisan Parfumeur's Seville a l'Aube as few that manages to capture what i want in needs.

Which is why out of Strangers Parfumerie decants that i got, this one (also being a limited edition in Thailand) interest me a great deal with Prin Lormos's penchant of evocation and overt narrative (being a film school grad and all) at describing this perfume, "illustrate a beautiful picture of a morning filled with the sights and scents of a bitter orange tree and its surroundings."

But after testing it on myself it turns out to be a generic bitter orange with some foreshadowing of sweet musky base without any of supposed charmness and more akin to those variative lemon detergents. I expecting more dewy and green accords on this one but it's just mainly playing it straight for start to finish. Not really something to be fawning over unfortunately over his more influenced and experimental stuff.
