Adult with elegant depth
After a long period of abstinence from Creed Aventus, I was pleasantly surprised by Aventus Absolu after the first spray. It seems much darker and more mature than the original, less playful, less citrusy, but with an elegant depth that immediately radiates a certain seriousness.
A sparkling freshness with blackcurrant, combined with spicy nuances that give the perfume an almost mystical character. Aventus Absolu feels like a mature, confident version of its predecessor: self-assured, stylish and with a presence that lingers in the memory.
The longevity is still only so-so for me, but at least better than the OG.
Whether the price is ultimately justified is something everyone has to decide for themselves. But as far as the composition and radiance are concerned, Absolu convinced me so much that I actually wanted to write a review here :-)
