Wicked Maroussia
Last night it was time.
Maroussia was to be tested for going out.
First spray, caramba, it really kicks off right away.... fruity, but goes very deep at the same time.
How should I describe it.
Spicy, captivating, oriental.
I have the feeling that all the flowers blend with warm woody notes.
Upon arriving in the car, the scent surrounded me and lingered throughout the entire drive. Once at the party, I met countless people who were delighted to see me.
And, they stuck to me, always seeking closeness.
Conclusion: For a scent that lasts quite strongly and leaves a trail behind, it seems to have a pleasant effect.
Even after more than 15 hours, it still lingers a bit.
But one thing is clear, it’s a bit wicked, albeit in a positive sense ;)

Bello Signora
An oriental Italian that can steal your mind for a short time.
I became aware of the scent through Parfumo and your comments in the forum.
The pyramid, with its individual components, already said a lot.
So I went for a blind buy.
Then I spotted a set with shower gel and bath products for really little money.
With the scent descriptions and almost only positive feedback, let's go.
Upon spraying, you can clearly notice the spicy cinnamon, but at the same time the almond as well. Later on, the dark rose joins in, creating a warm and cozy feeling overall.
The vanilla beautifully rounds it all off.
The longevity is actually decent, although I felt the need to reapply after 6 hours.
It is a compliment magnet, as especially men feel very comfortable in its presence.
Conclusion: a successful scent for little money. It brings warmth in moments when you feel cold inside.

A lady, she remains forever mine
Jean Paul Gaultier Classique, a fragrance that strongly influenced me early on, about 20 years ago.
It was one of my birthdays, I received the Classique body cream as a gift.
The cream was elegant, but the scent was already stunning and precious to me back then.
I had never smelled anything like it before, and so this body cream alone was an indescribable treasure (but that too eventually ran out).
Whenever possible, I always try to snag affordable offers for the bottle, or at least samples.
For me, there is no "out" or "in".
If something was invented or produced 20/30/40 years ago and it does not lose its effect and presence, it remains as something that endures.
Now to the scent:
A creamy, soft yet strongly pronounced blend of flowers and fruits that manages to lift me up (just by itself).
A well-lasting sillage that many immediately notice, and compliments are always part of the experience.
Not to be underestimated, in the later stages, are the Ylang Ylang, amber, musk, and vanilla.
Because we do want to enchant and charm just a little bit.

As Famous as Ever After Monroe
Chanel No.5, a perfume that my mother has always found wonderful and elegant.
Considering that No.5 was the first perfume launched by Chanel in 1921, it has achieved a level of fame that was cemented after the famous statement by Marilyn Monroe in 1952: "I only wear a few drops of Chanel No.5 to bed."
I believe it was precisely because of her, a beautiful elegant lady who became unforgettable due to her fame, that the perfume hit like a bomb.
In my opinion, this perfume has style and class.
Especially for the evening, when going out, it elevates every lady with style just a bit more.
Without needing to reapply, the scent easily lasts 6-8 hours.
Yes, a perfume with history and a living legend, if you will ;)

Unisex fragrance?! Rather not.
Since I joined Parfumo, I have become more mindful, especially regarding my samples.
I had a sample of Vetiver lying around for quite some time.
Yesterday I thought I'd give it a try, and that for work.
It was one of those samples that you tear open, where the scent was soaked into a cloth.
A strong, harsh smell hit my nose immediately. Wtf, what is this?!
I thought to myself, okay, maybe it will develop on the skin... um, no.
It stayed that way on my skin for at least 3 hours, but at least it wasn't as strong as at the beginning.
I can't really categorize the scent, except that it comes across as very harsh and very masculine.
So I tend to think that this fragrance is more suited for a man, and I actually rate it quite positively in that regard.
Just for me, it's not my thing. (even though a representative at work was quite taken with it, but by then the scent had probably already faded *g*)
