Helsinki Spirit Woman, and in the background there's Finlandia Hall, the building where the concept of 'Helsinki spirit', the spirit of diplomatic peaceful discussion between the enemies, was born at the famous CSCE meeting in 1973. Back then Finland used to be infamous of the pejorative concept of Finlandization, but I think everybody should be more aware of the idea of Helsinki spirit which is still very topical, this world indeed needs some Helsinki spirit now. 🙏 "The Helsinki spirit is a state of mind.
