For a refined lady
Existence

It is a scent of painting and plain air. Very pleasant experience from my student days when we sat together with the other students in the summer in the wind painting between the wild flowers. I perceive the linen oil of the paint tubes, the sun and the wind of a not too hot summer day. It is possible that it is about the personal stored memories.
I expected a traditional lily of the valley but against all expectations it is another dimension of it. I perceive a very delicate mixture of a rose and abstract lily of the valley that becomes one where you can not separate them. I find it a sublime scent of a refined woman.
As the scent develops it becomes thicker and sweeter for a while after which it becomes transparent and soft again. It is very pleasant to perceive all these changes. I would not say that it is simple or linear.

A journey into nature
It is truly a journey into nature. Starts with a train, the leather suitcase, a typical smell of oil at the station. Wooden benches in the train, open windows and... you come outside you are standing at a small station and waiting for the taxi meanwhile inhaling the smell of the vetch fields. In the heights the lark floats with its penetrating song.

In the best traditions of Amouage
I bought Lustre three weeks ago. At first I smelled an orchestra of different types of wood. It was a bit overwhelming and I couldn't quite understand the composition: everything roared in a loud choir.
After a few weeks the liquid has come to itself and now it is a pleasant perfume that is so lively in the tradition of the best amouage creations. It also started to depend on the weather. Sometimes it is different wood accords, sometimes it is a Fata Morgana by Ubar (2009) but without the floral components.
Lustre always ends with a vanilla vibe of Memoir Man
