A shaded view on Philosykos

I have been away for too long, I know. Moving to a new space has been a rejuvenating experience but so many things are happening that the moving process seems already too far in the past. I hope all these things will have a positive outcome. This could not have been a better moment for an exciting project to be published on a A Shaded View On Fashion. Through my blog I met Ana Maria Rusu, a brilliant photographer with a passion for scents and through her comments and our discussion that followed the idea of a joint explorationof perfumes slowly became real. A Shaded View on Perfume, the column of ASVOF, seemed to be the perfect platform for this and together we worked on Philosykos to create a vision of this scent through her photos and my text. I had my own images about Philosykos in my mind but I took a back seat and allowed Ana’s images to open new paths through its notes and lead me to an abstract review of this favourite fig scent.
