A Golden Dawn: "Éclipse d'Or" by The House of Oud

The Italian perfume house The House of Oud is expanding its portfolio with the limited-edition unisex fragrance "Éclipse d'Or", a blend of citrus, white flowers and warm woody notes.

The inspiration behind the fragrance is the transition from day to night, which the label describes as a "mirage at dusk": a brief moment in which light and shadow merge and bathe the surroundings in soft, golden tones.

It is the moment between light and darkness, when reality fades and only the feeling remains. In the moment when day gives way to night, reality dissolves into golden reflections, blurred contours and unspoken promises. It is an olfactory vision that emerges between light and shadow: fleeting, seductive, hypnotic.

Zhor Parfums

At the beginning, bergamot, mandarin and pear unfold into a fresh, fruity opening. As the fragrance progresses, notes of jasmine, orange blossom and iris emerge, lending the composition an elegant, floral depth. The finish is characterized by light woods, animalistic nuances, warm oud and amber, surrounded by the dry, earthy accents of patchouli and cypriol.
