Storm in a Bottle
Yellow light, storm, humidity and salty sea, wild waves crashing on a lonely beach where heavy and lush-scented flowers grow among driftwood.
That's how Cloud smells to me!
Sweet, fresh, woody, synthetic, deep.
For me, it's a complex, edgy, and unconventional fragrance.
Not your typical, cheap-smelling 0815 star water.
I love.

Wow! It needs to develop! Then quite nice
I'll get straight to the point. I was looking for a dupe for Versace's Bright Crystal. There are at least a few similarities in the fragrance notes. So off to DM and tested... First Love unfortunately starts off sharp and stays that way for quite a while... when this sharp note dissipates, it becomes a floral sweet, fresh, slightly fruity scent. Initially, I predominantly smell the lotus, which then recedes a bit and transitions into a very flattering floral feel-good fragrance, although I can't pick out the individual scent components. I don't know if it's due to my amateur nose, my cold, or simply the composition. I do think it has a certain similarity to Bright Crystal. Since I don't own BC and therefore can't make a direct comparison, I would be happy if someone finds the time to do so. Otherwise, the scent initially also reminds me of Beyond Paradise by Estee Lauder. However, Beyond P. does not have those sharp components. Overall, First Love is a nice scent at drugstore level.

Don't f**k with me or confident, sexy, and in your face
Finally, I have the pink little potion back! Today was a good (perfume) day for me, as I acquired 50 ml of Boudoir for an incredible €27.27 at a drugstore. Cheers and joy.♡

So: Boudoir is definitely not the kind of scent that pleases everyone. You either love it or hate it... There’s little in between.
Regarding sillage:
BOUDOIR comes out of the bottle with such a BANG that it literally takes your breath away. This fragrance is really easy to overdo... It’s best not to press the spray head all the way down and never, ever think about applying a second spray. NO, really never! Unless, of course, you have the desire to be smelled first and then seen for the next 8 to 10 hours! The longevity of this scent is truly overwhelming. On my skin, it is still noticeable even after showering and lasts easily for 2 days.
I must admit that I’m not a particular fan in the first half hour after spraying this scent (which is really well dosed) - that’s the only downside to this fragrance!
In the opening, it’s somewhat herbal, very soapy, smoky, not sweet with a lot of clove and patchouli. However, what comes after that just gets tastier and tastier! So it’s worth holding on. The scent remains oriental, but becomes softer, more vanilla-like, and incredibly warm. It envelops the wearer completely. Over time, the very smoky components recede in favor of vanilla, cinnamon, and sandalwood. BOUDOIR is exciting, direct, but somehow also makes the wearer seem unattainable and mysterious. Whether old or young, fat or thin, tall or short, black, brunette, blonde, or red: This scent suits every confident woman who knows what she wants, likes to stand out, and doesn’t care what others think of her. BOUDOIR is sexy, but not in a cheap way; rather, it’s in an aloof, almost arrogant manner.
PS: There’s always talk of the "old" and "new" Boudoir version and the differing perfume color. I’m quite sure that the perfume was initially pink about 17 years ago, but then darkened to a gold-orange over the years... I can’t detect any difference in the scent, although I haven’t smelled the supposedly old version in a decade...

Rose isn't that bad after all / or love at second sniff
In my youth, I owned the classic Wish, and I loved it. But at some point, I got tired of it... The final break came with my mother-in-law. Not that anyone should misunderstand me, I appreciate my mother-in-law very much, I just don’t want to smell like her. Understandable, right? ;-)
And then one beautiful day, I encountered the pink diamond in my trusted Rossmann store. The bottle had always captivated me, and the perfume was on sale; it was the last package on the shelf, the tester was missing, I was curious, so what the hell, I thought, I'll take it. And what can I say... At home, I unpacked it, sprayed it on, and was heavily disappointed: ROSE "Yuck"! The only thing with rose that I like is Axl Rose and his music. I associate rose scent with facial toner, mustiness, and soap... Normally not my world! In any case, I was very disappointed and marked it off as an experience, never to buy an untested perfume again...
But it turned out differently. After a while, a sweet, still rosy but creamy, rounded feel-good scent wafted towards me. I can't detect any fruits, and there’s no citrus anything in it. The scent of freesias provides a wonderfully peppery freshness. I love it on warm summer evenings and in spring. A love at second sniff.

Not Black, but The One
For me, Zara's dupes are the best! And this perfume does not disappoint my nose either. Those who like The One by D&G will also love Black Amber... Juicy fruity-orange and at the same time creamy, vanillic, soft. It reminds me a bit of the cream orange ice cream Ed von Schleck from my childhood. The longevity is average, but manageable at this price.
