A lovely green fragrance that is subtle and therefore so me! Fresh and feminine with beautiful flower notes that compliment the citric top notes. When wearing it I feel sophisticated and chic - like a well-dressed Parisienne walking down Champs-élysées, looking at windows. A great feeling…
But then again I know I am not that person and therefore I always feel a bit alienated. It is a really great, skillfully composed fragrance - just not my kind. I have the deepest respect for the work of Polge, though, and I envy everyone who feels, that this is their perfume.

Musk is a note that I respond differently to.
Sometimes like in The Body Shop’s White Musk it leaves a marvellous feeling of wearing warm clothes on a winter’s day… and sometimes like in Burberry Weekend for Her it leaves me with a feeling of unwashed skin. What a pity!
I do not get a lot of the top and heart notes. I predominantly smell musk.
The bottle is nice and (unfortunately for me) the longevity is good, sillage medium - but this is not a fragrance I will buy again since there are other and -to me - nicer Burberry fragrances to wear. I ended up selling the bottle to a woman who really liked it. A win/win

A fragrance bought a long time ago which ended up in the back of the closet - what a shame!
When I finally started using it I must say that it surprised me in a positive way. Especially the heart notes are lovely. The cedar, sandalwood and moss make my nose cheer. I do not get any apple or blackcurrant, though.
This stays close to the skin and it does not last for long - but it is worth the swift journey.
I love the bottle! Pierre Dinand is on my top 20 of bottle designers. He is the genius behind iconic bottles such as Rive Gauche (my favourite), Opium, Obsession and Calandre. In this case I love the smoothy feeling when holding the bottle and the simplicity of the expression. Classy and tactile.
All in all a beautiful perfume.

This baby rose gem is a beautiful, citric fragrance with lots of potential. I got is as a gift many years ago and have been using it every summer. Just recently I emptied the bottle - the smell intact with all the volatile top notes (to my nose they are dominantly lychee and mandarin).
I usually like the heavier fragrances with loads of spices, but I fell in love with the mix of sweet and sour notes. I have a weakness for peach and lychee, and in this perfume they combine so nicely.
Bottom line to this Burberry Brit flanker is that it makes me happy when I wear it. It does not last long and sillage is poor but sometimes it is nice to wear something descreet and delicate. That is what you get with this fragrance.
Eventhough I have lots of fragrances I would consider buying it again.
