The opening of this perfume is a blast, just divine and smells high end. It's such a fresh opening of black pepper with the immediate freshness of thyme, the latter lingers on quite a bit, which gives this perfume a freshness that you won't immediately link to a perfume that is aimed to be worn at night, as the name of the perfume tells us.

In my opinion, there is also some incense mixed in this wonderful creation , as that is what my nose picks up after a few minutes.

Great creation again of Jerome Epinette, who seems to be the one creating a lot of perfumes for Zara. The price is quite high for Zara, 40€ is quite steep for the brand but you do get a very nice and quite long lasting perfume for it. I do like to overspray with my Zara perfumes and when I do it with this one, it does last quite long . On clothes this is even better as it really clings to natural fibers.

So, go and get yourself a bottle of this one. I'm going to get a spare in the sales, as they will ger flushed out soon, as Zara often does and who knows, it might come back under an other name. I'm sure it will as this is a classy perfume.

This marvelous scent was not long on the shelves in Zara, it got even flushed out during last summer’s sale but do not worry, you can still discover this scintillating scent because Zara brought it out again, but this time under the name, Vibrant Leather Mood .

It’s really a good and quite outstanding scent that they brought back so hurry and get it before it’s gone again .

Zara brought this formula back, but now it's bottled in Vibrant Leather Mood. When I sprayed this one on, it immediately reminded me of Ocean Electric but a bit different. The only difference is the sprayer, which gives a more diffused dispersion of the perfume but it's exactly the same one. Zara often does this, as changing the way the perfume is diffused in the air and on the skin changes the scent experience in the beginning, but that's just it. The formula is the same.

This said, I'm happy people are going to experience this perfume as it is a really nice one and was the one that stood out the most of this Ocean collection.

15/04: EDIT Yup, as written here above, it's the same perfume. I just exchanged the sprayers on the 2 bottles and indeed, it's EXACTLY the same perfume.

So interesting that, even though this is EXACTLY the same as Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes, the fact that this version is marketed to women and Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes to men, we seem to smell differences between them which shows us the power of marketing and labeling. But trust me, there are none !
This is ,as ZARA often does, just an other packaging of the same perfume ,just marketed to women.
I have both standing in front of me, even the color is the same. Sprayed one of each on each hand and the opening, etc are exactly the same.
This said, I love this perfume and it's freshness it emanates , just the sprayer on this version is really crappy compared to Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes and it's because of this more wider sprayer with a thinner mist on Les Heures Passent that people find it softer, more delicate, because the perfume is more diffused on the skin, in a thinner vail, so less 'potent'. but that is the only 'difference' that there is. I Exchanged the sprayer with oneI had from an other ZARA men's perfume to test my theory and yup, same .

This perfume came out in 2016, and I’ve been lucky to find a rare bottle of this gem in 2024 . After reading Elyssium‘s review here , I really knew that I had to find this perfume and I did. This is incense heaven, it’s so smooth and unique , there is also a freshness to it that I have never smelled in an other perfume . This is labeled as an EDT but it opens up as a EDP as its first molecules are blasted into your nostrils they stay there for a while .
Zara should bring this one back as I’m sure it’ll have a huge succes .
